A Dwelling Place Realty is the creation of Carolina native, Demetrial S. Coleman. The firm has been serving buyers and sellers of residential property with excitement, commitment, and passion since 2006.

A native of Charleston, SC, Demetrial has been involved in the finance and real estate fields for over 15 years. She is a graduate of Johnson C. Smith University (B.S. '96) and Meredith College (MBA '00). She is truly a student of real estate.

This career is not something she stumbled on by accident, but rather it is a true passion that was revealed to her through prayer. Therefore, as passions go, she works hard to keep abreast of the market and trends affecting those that she serves.
